I feel like my fridge may resemble more of a frat boy than a cook, due to the majority of items fitting into the alcohol and condiment categories…but here are my staples:

Dairy (all organic): Whole Milk, Eggs, Butter, Ghee, Parmesan, Feta

Beverages: Pellegrino, Beer (right now it’s: Samuel Smith’s Organic Lager and SmuttyNose Summer Weizen Ale) and White Wine

Produce: I tend to buy veggies daily but I always like to have Arugula, Mesclun or other greens, Lemons, Limes and Fresh Herbs
I typically don’t put fruit on the fridge, it tastes much better left out (I always like to have berries…fresh in the summer and frozen out of season)

Condiments: Dijon, Red Pepper Jelly, Cocktail Olives, Tomolives, Horseradish, Apricot and Sour Cherry Fruit Spreads, Smokra (pickled okra)…and bunch of the items from my “Panty Suggestions List” (sorry I should have specified which to store in the fridge!)

      In the freezer:
Ice Trays, Frozen Bananas, Ezekiel English Muffins, Dr. Praeger’s Spinach Burgers, Pine Nuts
