My friends often ask me what sorts of things I make for my clients. I typically respond with, “things that can be eaten right out of a container…cold, at room temperature or briefly heated…salady type stuff…made with whole, nutrient dense ingredients.” I realize this can be difficult to picture without a visual, so I thought I would give you a glimpse of what I’m talking about.packed, labeled and ready to eat

Menu for Two:

Spiced Cauliflower with Sesame Seeds (from 101 COOKBOOKS)

Larb Gai (Thai Chicken Salad), served with White Sticky Rice and or Brown Jasmine Rice and Boston Lettuce Cups
